English Forward has been busy at work creating new materials to help out ESL instructors in the classroom. We're excited to roll out our new curriculum and web portal to teachers in Central Texas.

Do you like to use videos in the classroom?
Have you checked out We Are New York (http://www.nyc.gov/html/weareny/html/home/home.shtml)? We Are New York is an Emmy Award-winning TV show from the New York Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs. The episodes are designed to help ESL learners tackle a number of issues important to immigrants such as health issues, money, work, and raising kids.
Along with the videos you’ll find a number of great resources – everything from facilitator guides to lesson plans, low-level readers, and study guides.
